# Introduction

### The Problem

EVM-compatibility has become a staple for emerging networks. The EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) provides a familiar environment for both developers and users. However, projects launching on new EVM chains have limited options for utilities, which help build and manage their projects. As a result, projects on new chains have increased development time and pose a higher risk to investors. This is due to the unavailability of utilities such as token lockers and launchpads increasing the likelihood of rug pulls and presale scams occurring.

### Our Solution

OnlyMoons is a multichain project that strives to deliver high-quality utilities that can be quickly adapted to emerging EVM networks. The goal is to have familiar tools in emerging chains early in the life-cycle. The team is currently in development of a launchpad, as well as staking and governance platforms. These are scheduled to release within the next few months. Currently, OnlyMoons has released a token locker which is available on multiple block chains to enable a safe way for projects to lock their LP (liquidity provider) tokens.
